who knows it better?

Who knows who is better in developing a website? I know many good fans who are gorgeous at making site and working with them constantly. You everything depends on a person. If a person is responsible and has good knowledge and vast experience it’s OK. If you ask me, what I choose if I need to make a website, I think I would answer a specialized company. I’d choose a firm only because they have more possibilities than an individual to make my site attractive, easy to navigate and easy to handle. They will tell how to set up a forum on my site, what applications will be better and how to add video to my site.
